This decaf coffee, which is easy to drink with its balanced acidity and with intense dark chocolate and hazelnut flavours, leaves a sweet pleasantness on our palate.

Decaffeination was carried out using pure, clean water that contains no chemicals. This method of separating caffeine, called Swiss Water Process, is a more laborious and more expensive method than the process using chemicals. However, with this method, while the bean is separated from caffeine, the unique aromas remain inside.

We continue with the same care of the picking and decaffeination of our beans. No caffeine contact when roasting, storing and packaging our decaf beans! Also when we grind our beans, we only use our grinder dedicated to decaf coffee.
